Initial Private

 

60 minutes of personalised training with the use of props and a reformer bed specifically tailored to what your body needs. Full body assessment and programming to work on at home included as well as self-fascia release techniques to help reach your movement and fitness goals.

With 1:1 guidance here we can look closely at body awareness and neglections to enable peak performance, recovery from injury or issues with chronic pain.

Option for a 45min private follow-up is available AFTER the initial private has taken place. (please note the full hour is required initially).

Reformer Duo

 

What is the reformer? Using the principles of mat work pilates, the reformer is a spring-loaded sliding carriage with bars and straps to challenge or give support throughout the movement.

Ensuring you have the correct technique, these intimate sessions are fun for friends and couples wanting to move together. All levels are welcome as Raff ensures specific careful guidance to meet each individual where they are at and works with you towards achieving personal goals in your body.

Fascia Release

Our connective tissue is our fascia, it holds all systems, structures, muscle fibers, and cells in your body together.
 

The largest system in our body is Fascia, it touches and protects all other systems, structures, muscle fibers, and cells. When we compress over time due to misalignment, poor posture, and working out incorrectly this causes more pressure through those systems and causes a build-up of scar tissue-like fibers that become dense. This causes a physical barricade to deliver nutrients such as blood and oxygen to the cell, and the removal of toxic waste from the cells can not happen effectively.

Raff’s guidance through a self-releasing technique has been pivotal in helping her clients in a far more profound way, especially when it comes to injury and pain. As she teaches you how to regulate your nervous system, all other areas get optimized. Things like circulation, digestion, elimination, cellulite reduction, muscle recovery, and circadian rhythm to name a few all start to naturally improve as we create space in our body to be able to flow and function properly.

Fascia sessions can be done as duos or solo (only after an initial private has been had). Booking is found under “group sessions”.

Mat Pilates @Equilibrium

 

A 45min mat pilates class with a full-body focus where each muscle group will be targeted with a flow-on effect from each exercise. Incorporating strength, mobility and stretch, you will leave feeling energized, leaner, lengthened, and more toned in your body.

Classes are held at Equilibrium, 10 Church St, Nelson. Mats are provided.


Online Private (Zoom)

 

Personalised training from the comfort of your own home! Again, specifically tailored to what your body needs also with a full body assessment and home exersises to continue working on.

Even through a zoom call, we will cater to your movement and fitness goals as well as any pain management techniques.
